Sync

Syncing to Astrid.com gives you the best sync experience, whether you are simply managing your personal life or collaborating with your family. However, we understand that syncing to other services would be ideal. For users who simply want a bare bones to-do list, syncing to Google Tasks may fit the bill. For users who already use Producteev for work groups, we can help you sync there too.

Astrid.com:

Press Log In & Synchronize and sign in with your Google or Facebook account. We will not publish anything to your Facebook without your permission. If you don’t have either accounts, then click “Sign In Here” to create a new account.

Status: Displays whether you are syncing with Astrid.com and whether a sync was successful. It also provides useful stats such as when you last synced your phone.
Background Sync: Set up the interval at which the phone should perform an automatic sync. You can have intervals as short as every fifteen minutes or as long as every week.
Synchronize Now: You can sync your phone manually whenever you want.
Log Out: If you no longer want to sync to Astrid, simply log out.

Google Tasks:

Press Log In & Synchronize to and select the Google account you’d like to sync with.

Status: Displays whether you are syncing with Google Tasks and whether a sync was successful. It also provides useful stats such as when you last synced your phone.
Background Sync: Set up the interval at which the phone should perform an automatic sync. You can have intervals as short as every fifteen minutes or as long as every week.
Sync on Save: Option to sync individual tasks are they are saved on your phone.
Log Out: If you no longer want to sync to Google Tasks, simply log out.

Producteev:

Press “Log In & Synchronize” and log into your existing Producteev account. You also have the opportunity to create a new Producteev account if you don’t already have one.

Status: Displays whether you are logged into Producteev and whether a sync was successful. It also provides useful stats such as when you last synced your phone.
Background Sync: Set up the interval at which the phone should perform an automatic sync. You can have intervals as short as every fifteen minutes or as long as every week.
Default Workspace: Choose a default workspace to add tasks to. Workspaces are good for separating your tasks between different parts of your life.
Synchronize Now: You can sync your phone manually whenever you want.
Log Out: If you no longer want to sync to Producteev, simply log out by pressing the Log Out button
