Sharing a task

• Long or short press on the task you’d like to share
• Press Edit
• Press the Share tab at the top
• Under Add Collaborators, type in your friend’s email address or name if they are already in your Android’s contact list
• Optional: assign this task to your collaborator under Assigned to

Sharing a list

• Press the list that you want to share.
• Select the List Settings tab at the top.
• Type in your collaborator’s email address or name

What this means for your collaborators

When you share a task or list, Astrid sends a short email like the one below to your collaborator.

What collaborators can do

Your collaborators have full editing rights on tasks and lists you share with them. These rights include:

• Changing details like due dates, importance, assignment
• Commenting
• Completing the task
• Add tasks to shared lists

All activity is recorded for easy reference later.
